At Home Atelier, we want you to love every piece you select for your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are used to prevent damage to fragile home decor during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
